Our headquarters are in Shenzhen, China.

3. Where are bomei shoes made?
Bomei shoes are made by skilled artisans in India.

4. What materials do bomei shoes use?
Our shoes are made from Italian and Argentinian calfskin with Argentinian leather and rubber soles.

5. What kind of construction do you use?
We specialize in fashion dress shoes and fashion men's boots.

6. Can you assist with sizing?
Of course! All of our products are available in UK and US sizes. Please make sure to order the correct dress shoe size. You can check the size guide to choose the correct size. All our shoes are standard D width, if you are between sizes, we recommend you go up ½ size. Many customers who wear extra width shoes have successfully ordered shoes ½ to 1 size larger than their normal size.

7. Can your bomei shoes be resoled?

Yes.

8. I want to order in bulk, what extra discount can I get?

You can send us your inquiry/order details at bomeishoes@gmail.com and we will provide you with as much discount as possible.

9. Is my order confirmed?

Please check your email; if your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

10. When do you ship?

We mention the lead time for each pair of shoes/boots on the product page. Most orders are shipped within 3-7 days with early delivery. Custom/bulk orders may take longer depending on order volume and customer specifications etc.

11. How do I cancel my order?

You can send us an email to cancel the order. But if the order has been shipped from our office, it cannot be cancelled.

12. Is there any chance that the shoes will be damaged during shipping?
No, our products are safely packed in quality boxes and placed in courier boxes/packaging before shipping as an extra safety precaution.

13. Can special sale items be refunded?

No, any promotional products are not eligible for refunds.
