SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (Free)

- Delivery Time: 20-60 days
- Cost: FREE
- Tracking: Full tracking number provided
- Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance
Express Shipping (DHL)
- Carrier: DHL Express
- Delivery Time: 4-9 business days
- Cost: $30 USD per pair
- Tracking: Full tracking number provided
- Note: Faster and more reliable for urgent orders
Domestic Shipping (China)
Production and domestic shipping within China take 3-7 days before international tracking information becomes available. Please allow this time before tracking updates appear.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package online
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your shipment on the carrier's official website using the tracking number provided.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important:ย International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are:
- Determined by your local customs authority
- Not included in our product or shipping prices
- The responsibility of the customer to pay
- Non-refundable if you return your order
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. However, some remote areas or restricted regions may not be available for delivery. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages:ย If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at bomeishop121@gmail.com. We will:
- Work with the shipping carrier to locate your package
- Confirm the package is lost
- Send a replacement package or issue a full refund
- Note: Replacement packages will also take 3-7 days to ship from China
Damaged Packages:ย If you receive damaged or incorrect products:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us immediately at bomeishop121@gmail.com
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund
- You will not be charged any fees for damaged items
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order (color, size, or shipping address) within 3 days of placing your order by contacting us at bomeishop121@gmail.com.
After 3 days, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as your order may already be in production or shipped.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 3 days of order placement.
Delivery Issues
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs processing and inspections
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Other events beyond our control
Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
