Can I track my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, in new condition, with original packaging, shoe box, and all accessories included.

How do I request a return?

Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. If you need a different size or color, please contact customer service to request an exchange. We recommend returning your original order and placing a new order to ensure faster delivery of your desired item.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to personal reasons (such as wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping fees.
