REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original condition with all original packaging, shoe boxes, and tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

International Orders: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs ($30 USD per pair), unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error
Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items or shipping errors)
Important: Customs duties and paid express shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please take photos and contact us immediately at bomeishop121@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge or refunded.

We guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of all our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a free return and full refund or exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
